We will collaborate with you to tailor the programme based on your needs, target outcomes and population characteristics.

Programme structure

This is an example of a 4-part programme. We’ll work together to choose the modules, duration, and additional components.

Tailoring

  • Interactive sessions: Highly engaging learning experience with meaningful peer interactions

    Peer-group meet-ups: Self-organised engagements to support embedding of the learnings

    Line manager support: Kick-off session to equip line managers and handouts to support regular 1:1 conversations

    Collateral: Welcome pack, comms, and detailed, personalisable handouts.

  • Modules: We will discuss your needs and tailor the modules that meet your objectives. See sample programmes.

    Cohort sizes: Our unique methodology creates energising and deep engagement across even large cohort sizes

    Mode: The training works well in any mode: in-person, 100% virtual (Zoom), and hybrid

    Duration: Sessions can be between 2-3 hours ideally. You choose the length of the sessions

    Spread: Trainings can be spread over months or condensed into a day or short period

  • Pricing will be agreed on a per module basis. The support infrastructure is included.
